Frisco melt was good, fries were super salty and not fresh. and the bun on the butter double steak burger was soaked in grease. I order from here a lot and usually satisfied with my order. tonight was just not it.

Took almost AN HOUR to make the food when it took the driver like 2 minutes to get here! the Fries arrived cold, my burger had a line of ketchup on the edge of the bun and the lettuce tasted stale. All of that plus 2 other sandwiches and 3 milkshakes was like 75 dollars!

Photo was taken after testing the hardness (yeah, not softness) of the bun. Fries were soggy and cold (no biggie, that's what air fryers are for), shake had maybe one butterfinger in it, mostly vanilla, but still tasty, cup was not filled to company standards, lack of straws for three beverage. Despite it being Fourth of July where the store may be busy and understaffed, I can appreciate the classic Steak 'n Shake taste over the looks and smaller pettier things that should already be a given. Might just resort to McDonalds next time.

My fries were really cold and stale, and my milkshake was not good. They didn't even add cookie dough in my milkshake. It was a waste of money & no I won't order again. Portion was okay but food wasn't good

I love how the shake was good and was not melted by the time it arrived, closed lid definitely made a difference from when I ordered it before
