This was our first time ordering from here - a lot of food for good value, the rolls had a large amount of fish and the chirashi bowl was fresh with very flavorful rice. Would order from here again.

Great sushi. Even the rice is flavorful and tasty. Cheaper than other sushi I've ordered in the area and still a better overall experience. My boyfriend said the salmon and tuna were both excellent and the orochi roll was great. We polished everything off in under 5 mins. Also, liked that they packaged it all up together. Less paper/plastic waste.

Very unfortunate that my first order here will be my last. I got the Steeler Roll , Miso Soup, and Ginger Salad. I was disappointed in each item and was left completely unsatisfied! The steeler roll had a pin bone left in the salmon in one of the first pieces I ate. Therefore, I peeled the seared salmon off of the rest of my roll and basically had a shrimp tempura roll left after not paying for that. The shrimp tasted like dirty oil and overall the roll was underwhelming. I tried the salad and since the dressing was already on it, most of it was soggy. The dressing is also not the kind I expected when I ordered a ginger salad. It tasted like some kind of mixture of fish sauce and soy sauce. I expected the bright orange ginger dressing I have always gotten at similar restaurants when ordering a ginger salad. The miso soup did not meet my expectations either but that may be because I have never had one with tofu in it. It just did not taste right to me. In contrast, the presentation of the food was good and I appreciated getting chopsticks and soy sauce on the side.

First time we've ordered from Mount Everest. The order came with no wasabi and no pickled ginger. The albacore did not taste or smell fresh. The "ginger" salad was essentially lettuce, a few julienned slices of carrot and a bit of light oil. There was really no ginger at all. Generally, a ginger salad would have one or both: ginger dressing and/or ginger julienned slices. There was neither. The salad was NOT worth $6.00. The white tuna was ok and so was the salmon. the twin colors roll was likewise good. I wish there had been a handroll version of the spicy Tuna, which is our usual go-to, but that was not an option. We won't be ordering from them again.
