The burgers were awesome but what impressed me the most was the staff! We ordered right after a concert so it was super busy. I received a nice note from the staff to say they were sorry for the delay on my to go order. It honestly made it better.

Unripe avocados and an overall bad tasting, sloppy burger. My dasher was very quick and the sandwich was still cold and rather dry as well even though they tried masking that with way too much sauce. Incredibly overpriced as it came out to over 32 dollars for a single burger. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

As someone who works in customer service and usually has extremely low expectations for life in general, I promise I'm not usually a complainer about stuff like this but real ones remember when it was Teddy's Bigger Burgers and not whatever this place is. This is the last time I ever give this place a try. The Double Bacado Burger was overcooked and not seasoned at all. They used to put so much avocado and special sauce and toppings on the burger that it was overflowing and messy and it was amazing before, but now there's barely anything in there other than dry overcooked meat. Even the bun isn't good, just overall has lost all of the quality it once had. The price you pay for this low of quality you're so much better off going to whatever your favorite fast food place is. Not worth it, not ordering again.
