My first time using Winchell's...and it won't be my last. The ham & cheese burrito is delicious...really, really good. I'm sure the sausage, egg & cheese sandwich will be great. I've had Winchell's donuts in the past, so I know they'll be terrific. Leydi, my Dasher, was very prompt and courteous.

I had place an order last week for at least 7 people. Only one of them had specific modifications and was still left out. We tried ordering again today thinking it would be different this time. Same mistake was done and i think it will be a while before we order from this location.

Disappointed. They're usually on point with my orders but they forgot my avocado ... I wouldn't mind making a fuss but avocado is an extra amount that I paid for

I only ordered the donut holes with the regular glaze dozen, because I thought they'd be same frosted/sprinkled ones in the picture that I've always got before.....not just some more regular glaze donut holes. I would recommend two separate items. Even if the regular glaze is just a few cents cheaper....you at least know which one you're getting. I mean, the picture clearly shows them one way. Also, never been a fan of the randomly picked donuts, but I understand it'd be hard to have every single one listed & their quantities. If we could at least request certain types, that would be ideal.....cuz I hate coconut, lol. Other than that, very happy with this store. My issues are more with how the franchise as a whole sells on DoorDash.
