I was so exited I started drinking before I could take a picture! This is the best Vietnamese coffee I've ever had! Very strong, not too sweet, & great water quality!

My go to spot for Banh mi sandwiches, don't let this place fool you because it's inside a water store lol. Their customer service is good and food comes out fast! I always order over the phone and it's ready when I get there. The bread is always fresh and their banh mi is so flavorful. They also sell desserts, slushie, fruit drinks, snacks and baos! They accept cash and cards.

My husband and I have been coming to Avian for about 8 yrs. They make his vietnamese coffee special just for him the way he likes it. The Owners are the sweetest and caring people. Their kids are also amazing. We recommend everything!

Save yourself from a terrible bahn mi sandwich and a sugar filled boba drink that doesn't even come with a proper straw to drink it.
