I'm not Dave Portnoy by any stretch of the imagination, but I have a feel for how he'd rate things after seeing hundreds of his videos.
The MARGHERITA PIZZA - Looked like a 12" sized pizza. Good undercarriage, nicely sauced and cheesed. Major flop when held, hardly any crisp. Very flavorful though. I liked it personally. Dave would probably rate it a 7.5, I'd give it a 7.9.
The PAPPARDELLE BOLOGNESE - Nicely sauced, noodles are al dente. Good flavor, similar flavor profile sauce to what was on the Margherita pizza. I'd give it an 8.1.
It's a little pricey, I paid $26 for the pasta and $12 for the pizza, but it's good. Thank you!

• DoorDash orderThe arincini comes with 6 pretty large pieces - stuffed full with ragu and creamy, cheesy rice - and a couple marinara sauces for dipping. Good flavor, great for sharing!

I ordered the spaghetti with cherry tomato sauce, and it was subtle yet nuanced in flavor, tasteful, of a flawless temperature, and overall divine. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be coming back again and again, thank you!!

• DoorDash orderThe PAPPARDELLE GENOVESE - Flavorful, tender beef, rich sauce, basil was a nice touch. 8.9 out of 10.
The TIRAMISÚ. looks perfectly layered (coffee/chocolate dusting on top, then mascarpone, soaked lady finger cookies, mascarpone, crust (another layer of soaked ladyfinger cookies?) Nice balance between the cake/pudding mouthfeels with a nice punch of coffee on the back of the palette. 10 out of 10.
