I love the Truffle Mushroom-Swiss burger!!! So fresh, great size, very flavorful! I would absolutely order it again

what I ordered was not even near what was delivered. this is not on delivery, but on whoever was making the food. we ordered the SOB and the classic, and were delivered a piece of chicken on dry bread, and a burger with cheese also on dry bread. we usually have a very positive experience, but this was unacceptable. we will order from them again because they usually do a great job, but if this happens again we're done.

Tiny dressing for a large Daily Greens Salad that was not closed properly, absolutely ridiculous. Ordered Large Onion Rings and got 5 small crumbling cold onion rings. Probably the worst service and food display I've had at burger lounge.

Three tiny Crispy Chicken Tender - rip-off do not order these. Lounge Burger was great, shakes too. Large fries could have been a bit more.
