Enjoyed the 4piece fish meal. You get a lot for the price. Other places just offer fries as a side, so I appreciated being able to get okra and steamed broccoli as sides.

As my first Doordash experience, it was very nice! Trying to figure out the best place for using my 40% off deal was difficult. I got the Deluxe Seafood Platter, and I have to say, was pretty delicious. The fish was crispy and tender, like fried fish should be. The little ball things, I forgot what they're called, were a little bit oniony so I wouldnt say they were the best part of my meal. It was my first time trying them too, so I wouldn't say they were bad. I wouldn't get the french fries for delivery again. If I got them in store I'm sure they would have been way crispier, I'm not blaming the dasher or anyone. For anyone trying their secret sauce, if you don't like horseradish, please don't. 6 fried butterfly shrimp came with my meal and they were pretty great. They were very crispy, and the shrimp held together so well that it pulled away from the tail, where it wouldnt if you got frozen shrimp from the supermarket. Two stuffed crab shells came with the order, too. I didnt really like them. They were a bit too vegetabley for me. I ordered a thing of funnel cake sticks, too. They were tiny sticks with powdered sugar on them. They tasted like glazed donuts that youd get from a regular donut shop.
Delivery took around 20-30 minutes, but most of that time was mainly how far i live from the place. Everything arrived cold, like how youd expect a delivery to go, so id suggest heating your meal up for a minute or two in the oven or air fryer.
Id say it was worth it, I can stay within the confines of my home while enjoying delicious seafood.

I haven't eaten at captain D's in a long time. I was very dissatisfied. The french fries were cold and soggy. The fish was not that good.For the amount I paid I could have gone to an actual seafood restaurant and had a much better meal .

Lots of yummy fried bits. Fish is very good. Crisp tender. First time trying jalapeño poppers. Really good. Second to the hushpuppies I love. Once a month indulgence!

Oysters so old they ranked, the crab cakes I can only think they ran out of crab and just stuffed it with the bread stuffing.
