chick-fil-a is usually always good. the Frosted Coffee is definitely not worth it though. for that price, it should be a 20 oz cup instead of the kids' meal sized cup you get. about half the size of the cup it shows in the picture.

We had food for 4 and it was shoved all into a small bag and then the bag was tied into a knot. This created all the food in the bag to become soggy. The fries were a few hours old and saturated with grease and water. I had to heat up my oven to get the fries edible again. After paying 56 dollars for Chic Fila, I shouldn't have to re cook my own food. Horrible packaging. The salad did come in a separate bag but the wrong dressing and toppings were giving to us. Usually chic fila takes pride in there service but this was very sloppy.

I never been to a chick fil an and been so unsatisfied. The chicken was over cooked looked to be in old grease, the lettuce that I paid extrafor was bad. Come on guys, I could have went to mcdonalds

The portion of food received should be unacceptable for your customers basedon the price paid. I also had to add cheese to the bowl, there were about 7 strands of cheese. I added pictures. I'm highly disappointed, as this order did not meet the standard set by your company.

Usually I always have a good experience at chikfila, however, today there was a bad taste to all of the chicken and the fries were hard and dry. Chickfila started using new fries last month and thats probably the reason for that, but the chicken on all of our sandwiches was not good at all. I contacted the store and they said they would look into the source of the bad taste, so at least they were responsive and helpful.
