The neglected to look at my order my bowl had rice I asked for no rice and 7 pieces of chicken for $22. Never again. My Guac was brown and not fresh

Didn't follow instructions to leave certain toppings off an item. Asked for basically just meat, beans and cheese on the burrito bowl cause my daughter is allergic to avocado, but it's covered in guacamole and can't eat it. What a waste.
And the Chips & Queso Blanco, very small portion

The food was very good. But it is expensive and the portion of the items is much smaller. I mean a burrito cost $19. Wow. It shouldn't also be smaller. Because of this, I am only giving 3 stars.

I love Chipotle, but this location always gets something wrong. I've given them a few chances and every time it's something. My bowl was missing the protein entirely.... and a burrito was so small and filled with mostly lettuce and beans. Chips are also stale or soggy each time

Chips are stale which made eating chips and the queso unenjoyable. Also hate that you can't add comments like side of dressing Nor can I call store directly since it's directed to a robot to even ask them to add to order.
