the sour cream was too tart and overly sour, probably not fresh...The Tortilla on the Side got hard within two minutes of eating. it ruined the whole meal. i assume many of the ingredients weren't fresh. I'll stick with Qdoba, and Dos Toros which offer wayy more toppings and freshly made!

Portion size of the Burrito Bowl was extremely small. Mostly sour cream. Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco , chips were very stale and tasted notably old. Sad cause I don't usally write reviews this was just particularly disappointing

Our orders were missing ingredients and laughably incorrect. The burrito was about the size of a baseball with the hint of lettuce. The burrito bowl had maybe 5 pieces of meet (not an exaggeration) and the salad had zero lettuce and looked like sour cream soup. I’ve never been as this disappointed in a meal in my life and I’ve had some questionable meals.

Chipotle is standard and overall you can’t go wrong with an order. A smidgeon more meat would be good too in the burrito. The kid’s quesadilla certainly appealing to a smaller appetite, but they forgot to pack the piece of fruit as advertised…
