The name was not familiar to me, but I'm glad i tried it. Way better than any other competitive restaurant in every way. Loved the taste, quality, and service. I would definitely go again and again was worthed.

Mild has no spice at all, its basically a regular chicken tender. so if you want something similar to a Dave's mild, probably should get the medium here. we asked for extra seasoning on the fries and it came with basically no seasoning at all. flavorless and soggy. make sure to order them well done if you really want to try CRIMSON FRIES. Mac and Cheese was really good, best I have had from a hot chicken place. Kinda reminded me of the flavor of the kraft box from when we were kids. Otherwise, kinda diasspointing dinner.

Chicken and waffles were cooked well and had good flavor, but were lacking crisp and crunch. Also, pretty average syrup and honey sauce pairing. It's overpriced, but there aren't many options for Nashville Chicken in the area, and the hot seasoning is spicy and flavorful. The chicken needs a better batter for frying, and the waffles may need a thinner batter, more oil or butter, or a longer cook time, for both to come out crispier.

The Crimson chicken sandwich is fantastic lots of chicken, full of flavor, and not overbearing on spice. The Crimson Onion however not well made. The onion was poorly cut causing it to be hard to pull apart like a blooming onion, the batter was very bland, and the center of the onion had very soggy batter.
