Cookie was undercooked consistency is completely off. I know they were very busy because the Dasher was there  Waiting But to undercook a cookie is unacceptable

i love crumbl cookies they're so good but the store every time makes me wait more than what the pick up time is. if i order online is because i want it ready for when i arrive there.
