I had the B Bop and my wife had the Mandoo Bop and we both LOVED it! Great balance of flavors and just the right amount of heat. The beef just melts in your mouth. Fantastic!

I got a special order and put instructions into the order. I wanted level 4 sauce on the noodles and level 7.5 in a separate container on the side. they followed my request to the letter and even gave me plenty of meat for my Combo Bop. Top tier service.

First time trying cupbop. The mayo on top of noodles and rice is weird. I expected the rice and noodles to have a sauce, but there's a small drizzle on the top of the bowl along with the mayo. Dry unflavored rice, cabbage, and glass noodles are just meh. It just wasn't what I wanted or was expecting.

Can be very hit or miss, today was more of a miss. I've ordered here a few times, and I've always had something small go wrong. Getting the plain chicken instead of spicy, missing an order of mandoo, the rice being so old and hard it was inedible, etc.
When it's good it's really good though! For the price point, I think it delivers really well on quality most of the time! I think if the restaurant were a little more careful in packing their orders and cheking freshness of ingredients.
It would also be nice if they gave more information on the different levels of sauce, like what it is (ssamjang, gochujang, etc.)

Ordered 2 different orders. I ordered both sloppy. Not only we're neither of them "sloppy" they were both very dry. I love cupbop, but this is by far the worst I've had their food taste.. maybe it's just this store, I've never had this problem with the fort union store.
