they immediately started preparing my order so I wasn't able to cancel when I immediately changed my mind, wanting something lighter that told me this was a steam table restaurant. so the food was already made and they just threw it in a container. that being said, it was still okay, I'd give it a b. don't expect anything to be crunchy though. broccoli was not overcooked and a seasoning was good, ingredients thing pretty good quality. chicken had a nice texture as did the mapo tofu

King pao chicken and Mapo tofu. It was ok, not great, not awful. Flavor was kind of bland. Salty.

All three chicken dishes we ordered were dry and chewy. Vegetables soggy and over cooked. Steamed buns were good.

The Pork Dumpling with Celery and Pork Dumpling with Napa Cabbage are pretty good. The shrimps in the Shrimp Dumpling with Chives are too small.
