The manager is working very hard with an extremely short staff. Even though my coffee was wrong she worked hard to fix it and make it perfect! Nothing better than a fresh hot French vanilla coffee on a gloomy Florida day!

The iced mocha latte I order is sooooooo good and they always do a nice job. Lately the delivery presentation has been fantastic in a nice bag and holder, only thing that needs a tad bit of work is put a little more butter on my bagel. Both sides should be buttered, not one side dry and the other lightly glistened. But great job lately!

donut and coffee was good. but my large coffee wasn't even filled. the sour dough sandwich wasn't even fully cooked. and the loaded hashbrowns was soggy.

Item ordered was not available. DD employee reached out and offered alternated items. I was so thankful. Most places either randomly pick something else or just sends nothing. Thank you for caring enough to seek acceptable replacements.
