Delivered promptly and exactly as ordered. Everything was fresh and delicious. Best Big Boy experience I've had in a while. We got a big boy with onion rings, a Swiss miss and a hot Fudge cake. Loved every bite.

sandwiches were sloppy and cold. I paid for extra hot fudge on both hot fudge cakes and there was barely any and no whip cream or cherry. Normally Frisch's is a family favorite but this was terrible.

Missing the fries. Paid for extra cheese. I got none of that but a sandwich with so much tarter sauce and brown lettuce that I'm turned off by the whole restaurant

Bowl of Chili had 3 beans and more beef broth than chili, Big Boys were super greasy, fries never made it in the bag, 40+ years eating at Frisch's and this was the worst food I've ever been served.
