Overall, the food was really good—better than I expected, especially since it’s hard to find good Haitian food here in PSL, similar to what you get in Miami. The Diri Djon Djon/ Rice with Black Mushrooms was good, though it needed a bit more seasoning—nothing I couldn’t fix, but overall, it was good. The Side Griyo was nice, crispy, and well-seasoned, which paired off well with the rice & sauce. I asked for mostly po, which is why you see a lot of skin in the picture, and they delivered on my request. The Herring was well-seasoned, crispy on the outside, and packed with meat, which wasn’t dry, making it even better. The Herring/ Aran Haitian Pate was my favorite because it was well-seasoned, had a little spice, and gave a nice kick. I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again.

The griot was amazing wonderfully seasoned to perfection, the rice immaculate, the pikliz very vinegary and soo delicious definitely recommend this place . Everything I tasted had a diff savour and seasoning .

Enough food good portion plantains a little to crispy but it taste good but I admit the chicken a little to salty just needs less salt in the chicken and it would be 5 stars
All entrée items except fritay platters come with your choice of either rice and beans, white rice and bean sauce, plantains or fries. Any substitution is extra.
