Ginger Pop is just reliably really, really good. Have yet to try a dish from there that wasn't good - even if it wasn't my thing. They're well prepared, seasoned well, spicy, and good portions for the price. AND - they even have good coffee! No stumptown in sight.

One of the best takeout options I've had in Vancouver. The Lemon Chicken was nice and crispy while the cutlet was still tender and juicy. The sauce was bright and super flavorful. Loved the flavor of the Garlic Chicken as well. The generous portion of rice with each entree was much appreciated. Would definitely order again.

Ginger Pop is the best Thai joint in Vancouver, and I will stand by that.
I tried the Garlic Chicken for the first time, today. It really should be named "Onion Chicken". I couldn't get much else in the flavor aside from saltiness and onion.
The Thai Iced Tea is absolutely 5*. Always has been. Always will be.

Pineapple Fried Rice and Cashews had a very high rating. I took off 2 stars. I would call it Fried Rice (mostly rice) and Cashews (a lot of cashews) with chicken added (a lot of big pieces of chicken) that was way too dry. I could barely find any pineapple, and despite all the plentiful cashews, the dish was mostly rice and bland. No egg, no scallion, no nothing. I wouldn't give it a high rating, and I won't order this particular dish again.
Surprising because everything we've ever had at Ginger Pop is delicious.

Forwent my usual salad rolls for a Thai Chopped Salad. It was REALLY flavorful. I love crunchy salads, and this salad was exactly that. Lots of cashews! I asked for no spice. The yummy dressing had a little kick but nothing I couldn't handle.
Also, thanks so much for special on the Thai Iced Teas!!!!
