Once again, the staff is not trained properly to make "Chocolate Covered Strawberry Hurricanes"--no chocolate pieces---the strawberries were not covered in chocolate when they were added to the vanilla ice cream. This has happened multiple times, so I keep a supply of chocolate pieces to add. You would think the manager would check an order that is over $150

Look at the 4 Scoop sampler picture. The size of the scoops I just received was roughly 60% of what you can see in that photo. Seriously? For that kind of price?

Hi, thanks for the order, but they gave you the wrong icecream to deliver. We ordered chocoholic chunk, and they sent strawberry.
Please look at the picture.
I paid $17 total for an icecream I didn't want.
