I am disappointed in Hardee's this time. Who's got biscuit duty this morning? Each biscuit in my Door Dash order was burnt. Disappointing. I love Hardee's. Come on....you can do way better than this.

Food was cold. quality of the burgers have gone way downhill with flavor and the size of the thick burger doesn't even live up to its name anymore. The lettuce was soggy. Haven't eaten at Hardee's in over a year and now I remember why.

I clearly ordered 2 BIG hot ham n cheese's and was charged for them. Yet I received 2 small ones. I called the Hampton Hardee's and Jordan said to get my refund from door dash. Ridiculousness.
