The 2. Black Garlic Ramen was so flavorful! The noodles were chewy and bouncy, didn't get soggy at all. The 3. Yaki - Gyoza was moist on the inside and crisp on the outside.

The miso soup was REALLY good and the salmon. But the Shrimp, Salmon, Scallop (salmon hibachi) bowl had rice and raw dry salad. no cooked veggies which is odd for $20 something dollars. The 2. Harumaki was not as pictured on the menu but tasted fine.

I enjoyed it so much ordered again 4 days later. Was disappointed for the prices they charge. Broth for Black Garlic Ramen was not flavorful like 1st time. Bland. Juicy Buns decent but too pricey for the small amount. Consistency is a must for these prices.

chicken was not dried out, portion was perfect, and broth was very good. I didn't like the white onions, but it was still very good.

White Tonkitsu ramen and Pork Gyoza were delicious! Spicy Yellowtail & Scallion Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll and Sweetheart Roll were good but not the best I have had. Would have like the option to be able to add cucumber or other options to sushi. Sushi was only 6 pieces per roll, so it was expensive. Overall, great Dash driver and they did follow my instructions about Gluten free, so will consider ordering from there again.
