friday night, this was the best Tonkotsu (Udon/Ramen) ive ever had in my entire life. shout out to the chef. its now a week.layer, and im ordering again in hopes the same chef is working. it was so good ive been dreaming about it. the broth was so rich and flavorful, the noodles perfect, and the pork moist with a char, it was a gorgeous meal. 10/10

This papaya salad was excellent. Probably the best I've had. Super fresh and flavorful. Tofu had a nice texture. Loved the little bites of fried garlic and the occasional taste of mint without being overpowering

Ordered the Spicy Miso Chicken (Udon/Ramen) and it was So Yummy!!! The broth was rich and flavorful and theres was just enough chicken and noodles to fill me up! Oil was spicy but not too much, and it came w extra hot sauce to add to my broth. Yum!

debated netween 4 & 5 stars because food is always good & they always follow special instructions butive had a couple issues. biggeat conplaint is fresh spring rolls for to-go orders they package it in a way where they just immediately fall appart& they're also incredibly basic & bland. i love their curry tofu udon& order it at least weekly however its usually so mild i have to add in notes "makes it spicy" & they've been adding the perfect heat level until the most recent time where the spice was so intense I couldn't finish& it wasn't enjoyable(made me cough a lot) next time i order ill still ask for extra spice but on the side next time
