They forgot napkins. The bacon biscuit was grea on a very buttery biscuit. Just the way ilike it. The iced mocha coffe was great as usual.

I usually have no complaints from Jacks the food is always great. Today I ordered a hamburger and when the option came up to add cheese for an extra $.60 I figured why not. My son and I thought it was quite funny when my cheese came in a bowl.

They need to change the oil for the hashbrowns and fries. It always smells like old nasty oil and has an off taste.

my big BLT had 2 piece of bacon no cheese and bread was not toasting and the bread was hard I love Jack's please fix my food right I buy something every day yall know me by now
