The Southwest Salad used to be a much more substantial, meal-sized salad. Now "shrinkflation" has reduced it to basically an anemic side salad. It no longer has the corn and black beans it used to have. The portion size overall is smaller. The lettuce is wilted. And to top it off, they forgot the tomatoes on mine. The only thing I still like about it is the dressing. Waaaay way overpriced for what you get. JITB has gone downhill.

The croissants are sooo soft and tasty! The eggs, alrhough not how I like them when I cook them, are perfect in this sandwich and sausage seasoned just right!!! The sanwiches were piping hot even by the tome ot got here!!! Will definitely reorder

the "sprite" tasted like soda water with no flavor. the portions were small. sad panda says people should order two tacos and halfsie fries on all muchie meal orders. The chicken in my sandwich seemed old overcooked. wouldn't order this again

the Double Bonus Jack® Combo is just a double jack with lettuce, pickles and sides. Small burger that is very unimpressive. this is a kids meal burger with large sides. Tastes okay, but would not order again.

Very wilted/old lettuce. Kind of gross. And luckily I ordered this as a pickup so I could confirm they packed my requested dressing - which they had not. I repeated my request for Southwest dressing to the cashier. If this had been a delivery order, I would've received the wrong dressing. They don't read the orders carefully - they're on autopilot.
