omg took pic of onion rings those three and one tiny one for get this 4.95. that is over a dollar per Onion Rings . also did not recieve shake i paid for

First time I ordered from this restaurant. Got a burger that was dry, cold, and mostly lettuce ... nothing like picture on the website, and with none of the toppings I had specified. I ordered jumbo fries - they didn't arrive at all. Also ordered Chicken Strips, and they were surprisingly good. They saved the meal.

Large Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger™ Combo. first time ever having jake in the box. better then most places tbh. 5/5 onion rings are good. was alittle light on the bacon but still good.

The Oreo® Shake did NOT have whipped cream or a cherry as described when ordered. But it was tasty.
The tacos were kinda messy but yummy.

Made both burgers wrong. Both orders of fries had less than half the container full. Massive disappointment when Jack and the box has always done a great job in person.
