Items arrived hot & fresh. The gizzards and chicken was seasoned well and the fries was still hot and crispy. I was craving something from my hometown which is Chicago and this is always my go to for these occasions! The catfish steaks is also a must try! Dont forget the mild sauce!

I didn't have my hopes up when I ordered from here because I have been let down by sooo many restaurants in the area that claim to have good fish and chicken....but they fall very short!! Ordering from here was a complete delight!!! The portion sizes are generous and worth the amount!! We all ordered fried foods and nothing was soggy or dried out!!! The prices are worth it!!!! The only undesirable item was the coleslaw. It was fishy smelling and literally served in a condiment cup. Other than that we will be back!!!

I love the Fish Combo I order it every time and mix the fish I get to see what I like the most. So far the best are the catfish and shrimp! Honestly I can never finish my meal they give you a lot of fries and fish. As a seafood lover the fried shrimp and catfish is amazing here! I didn't like the seasoning on the fried Mushrooms myself as a mushroom lover.

The food is always amazing, and we love ordering from JJ's. The chicken is fresh and juicy, and the appetizers were off the chain. I got the Jalapeno Poppers (5 Pieces) , and my wife got the Fried Pickles . JJ's is easily one of the best if not the best chicken joint in Peoria. If you order from JJ's, you're going to get quality chicken.

My favorite order is the 15 wings with extra lemon pepper fried hard and it comes with fries! OH BABY they never miss. Absolutely fire! 10/10
