My absolute favourite small business in Kelowna! Owner is super friendly and the smoothie bowls are to die for.

The smoothie bowls are delicious. Staff followed special instructions (removing topping) perfectly. Avoid the Chicken Noodle Soup: flavorless, two tiny pieces of hard, dry chicken and hardly any veg . The few carrots in there were undercooked while noodles were overcooked and mushy. Nothing like the photo. Grilled cheese was small but tasty and well-grilled (browned not burnt).

Appreciated the thoughtful packaging (hot and cold items packed separately). Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese were tasty enough. Sunshine (Small) smoothie bowl was scrumptious but surprisingly small for the price paid. The Oat Milk Chai (16oz) arrived impressively hot but was truly disgusting. Extremely bitter, not a hint of sweetness and strangely thick with powder/grit? I've never been served a "chai latte" like this. Undrinkable. Threw it out.

i've been ordering here for months now , and every time it's incredible. they always get my requests perfect and they have amazing customer service today they gave me a large. i LOVE them

Got the Sunshine (Large) with added matcha, changed the colour of the base a bit of course but worth it for the added lovely flavour! Would definitely order again!
