I was a bit hesitant to order the Fresh Scottish Salmon Kebab as it arrived beyond cooked well done. One had to use a sharp knife to cut a piece and needed to chew like crazy. The chef needs to cook it to medium rare and when it arrives it will be cooked to medium.
