Food brings back memori…
The Fattoush salad was large and delicious. Lightly dressed and a great combination of veggies & lettuce with pita cracker croutons it is a meal by itself. Another outstanding menu item!
The spinach pie was flavorful and would have been perfect but for the crust being soft. That is no doubt an artifact caused by delivery. I'll crisp them up in a toaster oven next time.
The Hummus is still outstanding!

The Falafel Wrap is outstanding! Light, delicately flavored with spices and parsley falafel wrapped in a delicate wrap with tomato, pickles, and tahini - wonderful! The Hummus was plated in an aluminum foil cake pan with a ring of hummus around the perimeter and a mound in the center. A delightfully flavored olive oil is delivered in the ring between the edges and center. The hummus is delicate and smooth, not too watery or overwhelmed by garlic or lemon. A perfect presentation of an excellent version! I'll be working my way through their menu!

The pita bread used for the wraps were not fresh it crum in my hand, and the tahini was to much. If the place was in the Middle East the will not las long because of the quality

Always, always, always outstanding fattoush salad,hummus, and Baba Ganouj.
Folks you need to add an extra pita option to your menu!
