there was so much excess lettuce surrounding my big Mac. I could barely see the sandwich. the buns were so hard and chewy, it was inedible.

I ordered the QPC deluxe and the meat itself was burnt, burger was slopply thrown together. I also ordered 2 Honey Mustards and the New Mambo Sauce, charge almost a dollar for my sauces and didnt receive them.

Nuggets were fine, but the fry container was half full and the entire order seemed to have been thrown in the box in a hurry. Perhaps the store was in a hurry because it was probably around dinner rush hour, but I wouldn't have minded waiting 2-3 extra minutes if it meant the order would have been put together a little better.

order extra Honey Packet and got none, French Fries were stale and tasted like they were made an hour before pickup also was only half full.
