got a single bacon quarter pounder instead of the double i ordered. cost me almost 2 dollars extra for 1 less piece of meat. ridiculous.

The burger wasn't cooked enough and was pretty red not pink, I threw it away. Usually the food is decent but just not this time.

They forget straws a lot. And it would be nice if they packaged the drink in a separate bag. My food is cold when they do this. It stays warm when they bag it separate. Other than that, it is always great!
