The fries were cold, soggy and unsalted. The fries tasted very old. The burger was pretty much completely burnt and rock hard. The chicken tasted like rubber and nothing was packaged well.

I ordered a 4 piece chicken nuggets and received 3 pieces.
A fish sandwich and a coffee that was good.
My last name was not on the outside of the bag and it needed to be.
I was happy with the amount of my credit.

The hash brown was cooked until it was solid , I could hammer a nail with it.. The egg Mcfuffin was so over cooked it was not eatable..

The french fries are always either hard and or cold. Every other McDonald's ive gotten them from they aren't usually so bad, I'm not sure what the issue is maybe try rolling the bag top to stop heat from escaping?
