• DoorDash orderI’m very disappointed with this order. I ordered a Double Big Mac, which should have four beef patties, but the burger I received only had two. On top of that, the ice cream I ordered was missing entirely. It’s really frustrating to pay for items and not receive them. Very poor experience.

• DoorDash orderI think this is absolutely the worst McDonalds in Victoria. The Quarter Pounder had a patty that could only be described as being cooked in the last decade. It was almost black and it was hard. How? Bun was completely stale and fell apart in my hand. How? It's not just bad, it's actually inedible. Is there anyone doing quality control? The Double Quarter Pounder that we paid for came with 1 patty. Again, how??? At least the chips were hot(ish)

• DoorDash orderthe double McSpicy I ordered had a stale and partially uncooked/chewy patty. The fries were also a letdown – stale, unnaturally hard, and lacking sauce. It wasn’t the usual delightful experience I expect from McDonald’s

• DoorDash orderWe ordered DE LUXED ICED COFFEE but we only got the Iced Latte (so no whip cream). The Fruit Hot Cross Bun was just placed there not sliced and not wrapped in a tissue or paper. We thought it was a rock at first, didn't look like a bun. Still love Maccas but wished they would really look at the order next time to avoid mistakes. Thanks
