everything was excellent. Fresh hot nuggets with plenty of sauce not to mention the best sugar free iced coffee anywhere

Just once I would like my order to be correct. The fries were somewhat fresh, not quite cardboard. My Quarter Pounder Deluxe only had cheese, ketchup and tomatoes. No mayo, lettuce or pickles and I ordered extra pickles. Disappointed again!!!

The Big Mac was a mess. The sandwich fell apart and I had to try to put it back together. It was a mess to try to eat. Plus it was cold.
On the plus side...the coffee is always good and the cookies are the best. And the fries were warm.

The entire meal was disappointing. The fries were like cardboard, hard! The Quarter Pounder was bland, not tasty at all and the Coke was flat, but when I tried to get a refund or Credit, DD says this not qualify. THE ENTIRE MEAL WAS BAD!!!

The bun was stale on both big Big Mac® Meals, which is weird as we have never experienced stale food at McDonalds before. They certainly were not warmed up.
