Burger was good, but the fries we ordered seasoned with toppings came unseasoned, and only one out of the two fries only had one out of the two toppings we ordered. other than that, the food arrived as quick as it could, thanks to our amazing dasher.

Fries had no seasoning on them, but were cooked perfectly. The buger was dry and only had pickle and onion no other toppings.

this location doesn't do the concept justice at all. Gave it three tries and it was garbage every time. one time the patty melt didn't even have the burger in it. had to fight to get a refund. another time wasn't allowed to ask for a refund. will never order from here again as long as it's at this new haven spot.

This taste something like I could've made at home honestly. It taste like a microwaveable chicken pattie with toppings. Definitely over hyped.
