My go-to breakfast spot for the occasional lazy Sunday. Super generous portions, and the food is great. I highly recommend their 11 oz. Bigfoot Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs, it's a fatty guilty pleasure but it really hits the spot. Very authentic southern style gravy, which is rare for Washingotn state.

The Clam Chowder / Soup was literally the best I have ever had anywhere. Perfectly balanced flavors, clams that didn't taste fake or rubbery. And the base of the soup was delicious all on its own. The Irish Benedict is what keeps me coming back to this specific location of Pattys though, even with it being further away. The (real) corned beef is so well prepared and the eggs are always perfect. No other Pattys location is even close to as good as this one.

Best breakfasts! Price and portions are great. The Belltown scramble is loaded with meat and cheese. The biscuits are light and fluffy.

The "Snuffy's Mess" and mini eggs Benny were delicious. I wouldnt order a beverage or the fruit again. The beverage is small and 90% ice at $3.50, the fruit did not seem fresh. I would order the main dishes again but would avoid sides and beverages.

Everything tasted great, but biscuits and gravy were cold and 2 of my 3 eggs were over cooked. Not usual for Patty's Eggs Nest quality. It would also be great if they would change to earth friendly take out containers vs. the styrofoam:( I would be willing to pay more for my meal to cover costs.
