We had 2 orders of Cheese Sticks. came up to a little over$25 total. what we received was burned and incredibly lacking in cheese.

There were lots of pieces in the chicken that felt like fat or something tough, almost like cartilage. It was really unpleasant to chew, and I had to take several pieces out. Not a good experience at all.

cheese sticks were burnt, actually they were more like regular bread sticks. boneless wings were mostly gristle

I don't know why, but Pizza Hut pan pizza just isn't as good as it was when it was first available (in the old days). Back then the crust was actually crunchy but now it's just soft.
