We had the ribs, some hot dogs, french fries, and the breaded chicken. They must have switched to a new vendor. The chicken breast was super thin and overcooked. It was awful. And they sent us 15 orders of fries! We ordered four. The fries were cold. Called Doordash to let them know because Portillos NEVER answers their phone. They also rarely get the orders right. Disappointing.

Our "large fries" were half full so we paid large price for maybe regular size. Seems to be an in going problem, but last time I hoped it was a mistake.

The hotdog was just drowned completely in Mustard I could not eat it. The fries were just way to salty to eat, and the beef sandwich tasted funny. But the tamale was good

Order took triple time to prepare and deliver as was indicated when order placed. Food was not very hot upon arrival although drive isn't far from restaurant to home. Some over tenders were overcooked too, as if they'd be placed back in fryer after cooking first time.
