the ribs as usual were fantastic you get two slabs each one has six to seven ribs very filling

food was cold and tasted stale. I had ordered a jumbo cheese cup and got three small barely filled regular cups of sauce. my husband and I couldn't finish our food because it felt rushed and like it was an after thought.

Salad doesn't look fresh at all. Lettuce is yellowed like it was sitting ready awhile ago. Im surprised to see it like that from Portillo's. I would not expect it from them.

Cheese Fries were cold but I am beyond happy that the Char Grilled Maxwell Street Polish Sausage on French bread came with soooooooo much grilled onions 😁
