The last fewtimes at the McKinney location the soups, particularly the Chicken Pot Pie soup & Chilli, have been mostly water & very little substance. They are either being stingy irnoymaking enough soup for the customers. Definitely not worth the $8 price rag anymore.

Kind of a messily assembled sandwich. Good and all but a mess to eat. Love potbelly for their sandwiches, they always taste lovely and are generous in size. Just a messy sandwich was delivered.

I order rhe Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup but I wanted chicken potpie soup and it's just chicken soup with out the potpie and my bacon is not fully cook and the other sandwich was sloppy

It Hardly had any meat on it; very dry. I wouldn't order this again.
