Too Expensive for such mediocre sandwiches. Needed & Requested them cut into thirds for the kids, Samurai Futaba whacked them in half. Bread for both, a soggy mess. Prime Rib Steak was bland, the mushrooms were practically raw, as were the onions-they were supposed to be carmalized, the blue cheese was in wads on top, instead of on the bread. Wari, VERY Wari.

Shrink flation is real at this place. My "big" pizza melt was the size of maybe 3 slices and cost as much as a whole pizza

This is my Avo Turkey sandwich. I was thinking I would have received a little more avocado, lettuce, tomato and a condiment. However; I did not and did not see an option to add them. If I could have enhanced my sandwich, I would have rated it a5/5 stars. Since zi couldn't, my sandwich was pedestrian. Hopeully Potbelly will make the recommended changes.
