Everything was packaged nice & secure. Everythin was delicious! The store was out of an item I ordered and promp messaged me and asked if I would like to sub it for another item. I never even knew stores could message us about an order, they're the first to ever offer a substitute! Great customer service.

Love this place. We drive downtown all the time to have it once a week. I didn't want to drive today and was excited to find it on DoorDash. I love the Italian Ice and my family loves the Frozen Custard Cup and the hand dipped icecream It was not very melted at all. So tasty and good! Sometimes we have had it three days in a row

The ice taste like WATER. Please add more flavor to your ice. This is the 2nd time I've gotten water flavored ice.
