They NEVER miss. I've ordered a bunch of times already, even late at night, and food is always hot and fresh. It's currently winter in the Midwest, and food was STILL delivered hot! They knock it out of the park every time :)

Fish was fresh and arrived hot. We did not get the lemon pepper but unfortunately there was no other seasonings on fish. In a large order, we received four large filets.

Food was hot however the resturant forgot the coleslaw, the utensils and wete stingy with the sauce. (One small container filled halfway for an entire order of fries, wings and catfish) Cake frosting was almost completely melted off. Food tasted good though but need to work on fully following directions

I ordered and paid for a large and received a small perch . Very disappointed. If you fry regular size fish 12 minutes, tiny pieces don't need 12 minutes. Tiny perch and crispy to the end

They even included a slice of bread to absorb steam and moisture to keep the fries and shrimp crispy during delivery. Everything tasted great!
