every time i order the pink Pink Drink Starbucks Refreshers® Beverage i don't get the coconut milk in it, i even make sure coconut milk is checked off as the option, they just put the cold foam on top of a regular refresher an call it a day, now this time i ordered a Vanilla Crème an it came only 2/3 of the way filled, almost half of the drink was empty, an it had no vanilla flavor whatsoever, it was like warm milk, i have to add my own vanilla now, an i spent money on an item i literally could of made at home. Really disappointed in the quality of the drinks from this place.

this is the third time I order a latte from this location where they don't add the caramel sauce or the white chocolate sauce. My coffee has no flavor whatsoever. If they are going to charge more than 8 dollars for a coffee it should be done right.

This is literal the worst starbucks ive ever ordered from (this isnt the one closest to me) but we ordered just a standard recipe Caramel Brulée Frappuccino® Blended Beverage and a Iced White Chocolate Mocha (that one had sub whip cream for cold foam) and there was absolutely no coffee in my Caramel Brulée Frappuccino® Blended Beverage and there was no cold foam on the Iced White Chocolate Mocha---I'm sorry whoever made these drinks should not be working at starbucks, if you cant read the sticker to add cold foam (it was there I checked) or you cant make a standard Frappuccino you shouldn't be working there let alone trusted to make peoples order. My drink looked like milk blended with ice.
