• DoorDash orderI have been ordering from here for the past few months and I would consider them an "old faithful". Usually the wings are consistent, fries a little soggy but edible and my order is correct. This time, the wings are dry (not sure if they had been fried a while ago or what), my fries were completely missing (I made a specific request for salt and pepper on the fries and I ordered a combo, so I should have recieved) and there was no ranch, only 3 blue cheese (again, specifically selected ranch and celery). I'm not sure if this was an off night for Smokey Bones/The Wing Experience but I am going to pause on ordering for a bit. Too expensive after delivery fee and tip to eat dry pigeon.

• DoorDash orderWings we not tossed in sauceand were stupidly spicy for non spicy choices. Fries were seasoned too much. All food was cold.
