Their Ice cream, delicious! Generous portions for toppings... they have dips!

I really don't like to give poor reviews to a small business owner but I feel management should know. When I use door dash my ice cream is usually not what I ordered or an insane amount of mix ins. I mean the amount of sprinkles was ridiculous. Almost no ice cream, perhaps the warm weather had more to do with that. It's to be expected in warm weather, but I can't see why they would add 2 cups of sprinkles to my ice cream. Why isn't there an option for plain soft serve with or without sprinkles on top ?

I ordered 2 scoops . . One strawberry and one salted caramel pretzel but received 2 scoops of salted caramel pretzel. Ice cream was still awesome but not what I ordered.
