The order was ice cold and it only took 5 mins from pick up to drop off. I ordered spicy nuggets I got normal ones and they didnt include the sauce. My natural lemoade which I paid extra for tasted like water. The cookie is much bigger than I thought which was a plus

Chicken wasn't cooked! Fries only had bacon no cheese and ranch dipping sauce lid came off and the sauce spilled all over everything in the bag

Requested the wrap without cheese and ranch, but it had both, and old croutons. Baked potato was hard and old. Chicken sandwich was supposed to habe lettuce and tomatoes, but had none. Worst take out ever!

This seems to be normal with them. Things are always messy, I rarely get the full order i pay for this part was a mess and missing almost everything that should be on it.

Oddly inconsistent. Orders will arrive within 10 minutes in a perfect state 9 out of 10 orders, then occasionally you get the wrong kind of chicken (spicy/grilled/breaded) with the wrong flavor soda after 40 minutes, and they forgot to put straws and/or spoons in the bag, all in the same order.
