The broth is fairly tasty but not rich enough to flavor the bowl once poured. Also, the portion is a little small. At least, it is in comparison to most of the pho that I've had.

Love the V10. Vegetarian Pho - Phở Chay and the V6. Vermicelli & Spring Rolls - Bún Chả Giò Chay. My go to veggie options!
