The Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon Sandwich was good. They have good Classic Lemonade.

The sandwich wasn't even together the roast beef was mainly on the wrapper not the bun for the French dip. The curly fries was warm on top and the ones underneath was ice cold. The chicken for the slider was hard and barely any meat to it mainly breading. I didn't get the cheese sauce.

Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon Sandwich was slimy and was the exact same cheap kind of turkey meat you get at the grocery store. It wasn't the normal Arby's turkey. And Door dash won't refund my money. I couldn't even eat it because it was so slimy. They used to be my favorite restaurant. Never again.

Worst service and food I ever got from Arbys they were out of there signature Arby Sauce there cola machine was out of Coke, Diet Coke, and the options were limited on a drink the Premium Nuggets (9 ea.) were hard and the curly fries were cold and kinda soggy mind you I picked up my own order and gave them a 35 minute notice for fresh food they refused to let me pick up my order in the drive through *said it impacts there drive through times" but if the order is ready for pick up how hard is it to hand a bag of food and a drink out the window wouldn't that improve times having the food ready to hand to the customer no longer will I eat at Prestonsburg Arbys again

Meal was very cold, sandwich was sloppy hardly any cheese on it. Ordered 2 cups of cheese sauces and barely covered the bottom of the cup, just all around bad experience
